It’s up to you if you simply want to try out new foods, delve into a discussion of food & philosophy, listen to the sounds of a kitchen performance, observe the magic of food science, or the like. Marx Halle (Karl-Farkas-Gasse 19, 1030 Wien)
This hybrid event will combine the best of all culinary worlds – ranging from fresh produces typical to weekly markets; vendors offering their refined delicatessen; as well as street food pioneers and food artists that both contrast and inspire renown chefs in creating their very own interpretations of »street food«. Experience this rich twist to classical Viennese cuisine and savour the rich foodscape of our growing city. What to expect? Three days of mouthwatering programme including hand-selected wines, beers, spirits, non-alcoholics and brainfoods nourishing us with cooking shows, talks and discussions. Let’s start craving!
